Tell Us What Expats Really Think About Brexit

A lot of fake news is circulating around Brexit, so we thought we would ask expats just what they think about Britain leaving the European Union.

MPs seem concerned about the big issues, like trade and the Irish back-stop, but are ignoring the day-to-day practicalities of living outside the UK.

Prime Minister Theresa May, Parliament and the European Union have discussed the UK withdrawing from Europe for nearly three years without reaching any agreement on the wording of the departure treaty.

Everyone’s frustrated and now, May is asking the EU to put off Brexit until June.

We think Brexit is a mess and no one thought through the consequences.

Issues that really impact your life

That’s why we want your views on rights after Britain departs the EU.

Important topics need looking at, like your Right to Stay and Right to Work in the country you have chosen to live in.

Other overlooked issues include what happens to your pensions, your state pension and health care?

Politicians at home and abroad don’t seem to have the answers to any of these questions, but 1.3 million Brits live in Europe as expats and so far, no one seems to have listened to what they have to say about Brexit.

Now, iExpats is giving Brits abroad a voice with an in-depth survey of their hopes, fears and attitudes after Brexit.

Telling us what you have to say will only take a few minutes, so take part by clicking this link to start the survey.
